Before joining the Goodwill Fellowship, I had completed university but was unsure how to translate my education into a clear career path. The fellowship changed that. It helped me develop practical skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction.

The sessions on digital literacy and personal branding were especially impactful. They pushed me to understand my strengths, communicate them clearly, and show up more intentionally online. Through the fellowship community, I also connected with mentors and peers who challenged my thinking and expanded my perspective.

After the program, I began applying what I had learned immediately. I started sharing meaningful content online and launched a reading club that now engages over 30 young people. Most importantly, the fellowship strengthened my sense of initiative and responsibility to contribute beyond myself.

Today, I serve as a youth parliamentarian, advocating for young people and working on initiatives that help children discover their passions beyond the classroom. The Goodwill Fellowship showed me that employability is not just about getting a job, but about using your skills to create value wherever you are
