1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Impact Axis. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 11 below, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Impact Axis

Impact Axis is an organization working to close Africa's youth employability gap by building experiential employability systems that translate education into work-ready capability. The Site provides information about our programs, partners, impact, and ways to work with us, including for partner institutions, funders and foundations, ecosystem builders, and prospective collaborators.

The Site may also allow you to contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage with our published content. It does not currently process online donations or payments; if that changes, additional terms specific to such transactions will be published and will apply alongside these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, reports, publications, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Impact Axis or its licensors and is protected under applicable Cameroonian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes, provided you do not alter it and you credit Impact Axis as the source. Any other use, including reproduction for commercial purposes or use that suggests our endorsement of a third party, requires our prior written permission.

Partner, funder, and donor names and logos displayed on the Site are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement beyond the specific partnership described.

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through scraping, automated data collection, or denial-of-service attacks;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Impact Axis;
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form on the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our partners, funders, and collaborators. These links are provided for your convenience. Impact Axis does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy practices of any third-party site you visit.

6. Payments and Donations

The Site does not currently process online donations or payments. Should Impact Axis introduce online giving or payment functionality in the future, separate terms governing those transactions — including payment processing, currency, and any applicable refund practices — will be published on the Site and will apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information about our programs, partners, and impact accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate, and we make no representation that content on the Site is suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, Impact Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Axis, its staff, board members, partners, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Site, our activities, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
