Building Systems That Last: Lessons from Our First Cohort

Our first cohort taught us more than any strategy document could have. We over-indexed on classroom training and under-indexed on the one-on-one mentorship fellows told us mattered most.

So we rebuilt the program around smaller mentor groups, more frequent check-ins, and a tighter feedback loop between fellows and the program team.

The result: a program that keeps getting better because it's designed to listen.
